We ship our biscuits and breakfast sandwiches in insulated coolers packed with dry ice to ensure they arrive frozen and ready to bake or heat.

Are your products made with real ingredients?

Yes, we pride ourselves on using clean, simple ingredients. You will never find artificial preservatives, hormones, or antibiotics in Mason Dixie products.

Can I return a food order?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.

What is the shelf life of your biscuits?

Our frozen biscuits are best enjoyed within 12 months when kept in the freezer. Once baked, they are best consumed within 2 days.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

How do I track my order?
